Colonel Michael Scalise; Commanding Officer of Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow; addresses the audience at the MGYSGT Brewer Street Renaming Ceremony aboard MCLB Barstow on 5 March. MGYSGT Brewer; a Montford Point Marine and recipient of the Congressional Gold Medal; received this honor posthumously for his exemplary service.
