Chief Warrant Officer Randy Hernandez, branch head for Fleets Support Division's maintenance section, views the line of chili entries to figure out which one he will taste first, during FSD's annual Chili Cook-off May 5, aboard MCLB Barstow's Yermo Annex. The cook-off is held annually to raise funds for FSD's employee recognition day, which is held later in the year.
