Food and beverages, provided by DRYKEF Inc., kept military spouses happy as they tried on gowns during Operation: My Girlfriend's Closet, held aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Calif., Nov. 9. The hostess, Leslie Beberniss, a Marine spouse, gathered donations of new and gently used dresses, jewelry and lotions, as well as sandwiches, cookies, mimosas and more, for the event so that military spouses could select beautiful gowns for the upcoming Marine Corps Birthday Ball.
