Sergeant Natori Miller, MCLB Barstow's Noncommissioned Officer of the Year, is all smiles while thanking the City of Barstow, Barstow Chamber Military Affairs Committee, and the command of recognizing her for this honor and their support during the 36th Annual Barstow Community Recognition Awards event held Feb.18. Miller is a Jacksonville, Fla. native and has been assigned to MCLB as a supply clerk for about three years.
