Lance Cpl. Jacob Brown, MCLB Barstow's Marine of the Year, thanks the City of Barstow, Barstow Chamber Military Affairs Committee, and the command of recognizing him for his selection and their support during the 36th Annual Barstow Community Recognition Awards event held Feb.18. Brown is a Chicago native and has been assigned to MCLB as an administrative clerk for just over a year.
