Members of Headquarters Company, Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Calif., gather around company commander Maj. Ernest Robinson as he displays the plaque detailing the Voluntary Protection Program's Installation Safety Achievement Award. The plaque was presented to all departments aboard base for their part in making possible the award for installation safety and the Individual Safety Achievement award for a Special Government Employee. The plaque was presented during the Quarterly Awards breakfast held at the Maj. Gen. James l. Day Conference Center aboard base Aug. 6.
