SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Col. Fritz Linsenmeyer (left) presents Col. Mark Kolleda with the Legion of Merit Award upon his retirement. Col. Kolleda was the 916th Operations Group commander and retired at the end of April. Col. Linsenmeyer is the 916th Air Refueling Wing commander.
