On Feb. 5, Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Calif., held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the grand opening of the newly built School-Age Care Center. The ceremony included the base commanding officer, Col. Michael L. Scalise, assisting children in the ribbon cutting, a tour of the facility given by the children followed by cake.
