The "Peggy Sue" gate is once again the main entrance for the Yermo Annex of Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Calif., as of Sept. 10. An increase in manpower is allowing the Marine Corps Police Department to provide full staffing for the gate. The gate by the Lt. Col. Robert A. Lindsley, USMC Ret., Base Stables is now the Commercial Vehicle Inspection gate and will only be open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
