Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow P&PD Education Services Program allows you to look at education in a different fashion than what you are accustomed to. You have a head start and several advantages that many college students today will never have. As a Marine you have more discipline than most college students, you have been trained to complete projects and you are task-oriented. You may also receive college credit for your Marine Corps training. The program’s mission is to provide continual support to Marines while they pursue a technical or academic degree. Assistance is provided through tuition assistance, G.I Bill, Joint Services Transcripts, Marine Corps and United Service Apprenticeship Programs. Individual Education Degree Plans are customized with each individual to fast track completion and save on cost. The Education Services Program is located in McTureous Hall, Building 218. Library Services

The base library is located in McTureous Hall, Building 218, behind the Nebo MCX. The library has three computers with free Internet access. You can do research, e-mail friends and family or go shopping.The library also has a special Children's Corner set up just for kids. Come sit in the cozy "living room" and share some special time reading with your children.
