Brigadier General Daniel B. The new Eagle, Globe, and Anchor design including the Route 66 logo, is stenciled on Joseph Boll Ave., which is also part of the historic Route 66 aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, California. The logo was designed by Environmental Director Jason Thompson and approve by Headquarters Marine Corps' Licensing and Trademark Office. The 1.7-mile stretch of Route 66 is the only part of the route that is not open to the public.

She said she is glad that people are wearing their face masks and maintaining social distancing.
