U.S. Marines and a U.S. Navy Sailor participate in a log run and practice martial arts techniques during a Marine Corps Martial Arts Program Gray Belt Advancement Course at Sorenson Field aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, California, July 10. The early-morning training, which integrated students and staff from the Lance Corporal Seminar, focused on combat conditioning, knife techniques, and weapons of opportunity to build physical discipline and fulfill belt progression requirements.
