U.S. Marines with Headquarters Company, stand in formation during a meritorious promotion ceremony aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) - Barstow, September 2. Private First-Class Justinelou Pascual was meritoriously promoted to the rank of lance corporal, while Lance Corporals Gael Espinosa and Fredrick Sualau were meritoriously promoted to the rank of corporal.
